David E. Lopez is a Houston-based educational consultant with extensive experience in school operations, governance, curriculum, civic engagement, and project management. Over eight years, David served as a teacher and school administrator within the Spring Branch ISD SKY partnership with YES Prep, where he played a pivotal role in shaping family and community engagement practices. His deep commitment to cultural relevancy and community empowerment led him to co-found Somos Spring Branch, a non-profit dedicated to social justice in Houston’s Spring Branch community. Today, David leverages his rich background in education to drive impactful outcomes for K-12 schools and non-profit organizations.
